Eligibility:

For claimants who have an unemployment appeal hearing scheduled (whether the claimant or the employer is appealing).

Includes:

  • Attorney introduction phone or Zoom call (15 minutes).
  • Attorney-prepared follow-up questions via email to identify key facts and witnesses.
  • Attorney-prepared hearing strategy plan communicated to the client.
